GRAPHIC DESIGNER
CLEARANCE REQUIRED: TS/SCI – polygraph preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Graphic Designer position requires a strong visual/graphic design background to translate concepts and bring them to life in a visual format.

RESPONSBILITIES
- Translate concepts and bring them to life in a visual format
- Manage web content
- Engage in interactive and website development projects
- Provide recommendations on multimedia and communications design, content and features based on target audience
- Conduct focus groups to define requirements
- Design user interfaces
- Conduct website usability, accessibility, and functionality testing
- Develop posters, flyers, and other marketing/ promotional collateral
- Develop briefings
- Develop branding packages
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Visual Media or a related discipline or equivalent experience that demonstrates knowledge, skills and abilities as required by the position description.
- Portfolio of samples that demonstrate design expertise showcasing the designer’s skills, knowledge, and competencies in design for multiple media formats and platforms
- Minimum of three years of professional graphic design experience, able to demonstrate knowledge of visual media design principles and trends
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience using industry standard software tools to include, but not limited t, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience interfacing with customers and technical staff to define requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Clearance Required: TS/SCI with polygraph
